As we learned from the Local Organizing Committee of EURO 2012 Poland, ticket sales begin on 1 March and will last for a month.

Below we present the answers to 13 key questions regarding the sale of tickets for EURO 2012

1. When do you start selling tickets for the EURO 2012?
Sales start on 1 March 2011.

2. Who will be selling tickets?
The sole official distributor of tickets will be UEFA.

3. Where will you be able to get a ticket for EURO 2012?
Sales will be held via the Internet, on UEFA.com, which will be the exclusive distributor of tickets for EURO 2012.

4. Will tickets be available through other websites?
No. The only place for ticket sales will be UEFA.com website.

5. How much will cost tickets for EURO 2012?
The exact ticket prices will be announced with the launch of the sale. Yet we know that prices will be adapted to the Poles and Ukrainians.

6. What will be the total pool of tickets available for fans from around the world?
For the fans will be available 1.4 million tickets.

7. How many tickets will get fans from Poland and Ukraine?
Details will be announced soon...

8. Will the tickets for EURO 2012 be non-transferable??
Yes, tickets will be non-transferable.

9. How many tickets can be bought by one person?
Each fan will be able to get four tickets per match.

10. How long will you be selling tickets?
Tickets for the championship will be sold from 1 to 31 March 2011.

11. What will be the ticketing system?
If the number of applicants is larger than the pool of available tickets - there will be a "lottery". The date of application will not play meaningless.

12. How do we know for which match buy a ticket, since we do not know what teams will play at EURO 2012?
Thanks to a special ticketing system, fans will be sure that they buy tickets for the games they want to see.

13. Will the tickets be available for all the people in Poland or just to the citizens of the host cities?
Tickets will be able to buy for all of them. A prize will be allocated for the residents of host cities, and some will be allocated to people from other places.

14. Do I have to be an adult to buy a ticket?
Yes.

15. Are ticket prices for the same match will be different?
Yes. Ticket prices depend on location on randstands.
Category 1: the main grandstand and the grandstand opposite
Category 2: the corners and the area behind the goals on a higher floor
Category 3: The area behind the goals at a lower floor

16. For how many matches can I apply for a ticket?
You will be able to buy a ticket for a particular match (Individual Match Tickets - IMT), or the whole package - for 3 or 6 events per team (Follow My Team - FMT).

17. I buy a ticket Follow My Team - FMT for 6 matches, and my team is eliminated before the finale. Will I lose money for the ticket?
No, money for purchase of tickets for the team matches that will not take place, will be refunded.

18. What will be the form of payment for tickets for the EURO 2012?
You can pay by bank transfer or credit card. Payment should be made in April. Poles will be able to pay in zloty and euro. Ukrainians in hryvnia and the euro. Fans from other countries - only in euro.

19. When do I get the ticket?
Probably few weeks before the start of Euro 2012.

20. What if won't get any tickets?
